Post-conflict Support

Olive Group is active in a number of critical areas in response to disasters and in post-conflict situations, including mounting a rapid reaction capability, demining operations, and security sector reform. In response to Hurricane Katrina last year, for example, we immediately deployed security teams to secure temporary housing sites such that within 48 hours we had 75 former law enforcement personnel in place. Our in-house demining capability is unparalleled in the industry, which we have effectively used to serve our corporate clients in a targeted fashion. We have advised a number of governments on improving their security sector capability, including effective integration of domestic security and defence capabilities.
